When does construction start?
Construction of a row of houses starts as soon as 2 units are sold. There is no pre-sales quota and no commitment interest.
What does healthy-living construction mean?
For more than 10 years, Krieger + Schramm has held Gold certification from the Sentinel Holding Institute for healthy-living construction. Only pollutant-tested building materials are used, and indoor air quality is tested after completion.
What is the K+S family bonus?
